I help adults, students, and families understand ADHD and build practical strategies that make everyday life easier.
For years, I had a nagging sense that something about my brain didn’t quite work the way it was supposed to. I was driven and full of ideas — but also overwhelmed, scattered, and constantly switching gears.
I studied economics, then law. I worked as a corporate lawyer, moved into legal recruitment, retrained in nutrition, co-founded a health-tech platform and sold it — before returning to recruitment again.
On paper, it looked like success. But in reality, I often felt mentally overloaded and frustrated by how long everything seemed to take. I was constantly re-reading, second-guessing, and struggling to switch my mind off. Then came my ADHD diagnosis.
Suddenly, so many things made sense — the bursts of energy followed by burnout, the hyperfocus and forgetfulness, the constant drive to do more alongside the difficulty slowing down. My brain wasn’t defective. It was simply wired differently. That realisation changed everything.
In true ADHD fashion, I went into hyperfocus mode and read everything I could. But what I really needed — and struggled to find — was practical, real-life support and strategies that made everyday life easier. I was also trying to better understand neurodivergence within my own family.
So I trained as an ADHD coach to offer others what I had been missing.
I have completed both foundational and advanced ADHD coaching training through the highly respected and accredited MentorCoach program and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
My background in law, recruitment, and building a health-tech business also means I understand the pressures many professionals face — demanding workloads, constant mental load, and the challenge of trying to keep everything together. I’ve seen how ADHD can show up in high-achieving environments where capable, driven people often feel like they are working twice as hard as everyone else.
Today, I work with adults, students, and families to help them understand how their brain works and build practical strategies that make life feel more manageable.
