Health and Wellbeing

Health and wellness coaching helps individuals make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their overall wellbeing. It combines motivational support, behaviour change science, and practical strategies to help people achieve their health goals — whether that’s boosting energy, improving sleep, managing stress, building better habits, or achieving a healthier weight.

I can work with you to:

  • Set realistic, meaningful goals
  • Identify barriers to change (like overwhelm or past habits)
  • Create sustainable plans that fit into real life
  • Provide encouragement, accountability, and tools for success
     

In short, it’s about helping people feel and function better — physically, mentally, and emotionally — in a way that’s holistic, empowering, and tailored to their unique life.

Important for everyone

Whether or not you have ADHD, ADHD traits or are feeling stuck and frustrated that you are not making the changes to hit your health goals - we all need to build similar foundations to support our health and wellbeing.


My Approach

As with my ADHD coaching, my approach is centered around helping clients cultivate self-awareness, identify their goals, and create actionable steps towards achieving them.  

There is no right or wrong, one size fits all solution and everyone has different challenges. I work with clients to identify their life style changes and barriers that stop then achieving their goals.
