ADHD coaching is a collaborative process that helps individuals understand their brains, build supportive strategies and take action in a way that feels doable. It’s forward-focused, practical, and empowering—designed to help you thrive at work, home, and in daily life.  Some of the challenges coaching can support you with include:

 

  • Difficulty starting or finishing tasks (even important ones)
  • Time blindness or constantly running late
  • Getting easily distracted or overwhelmed 
  • Mental fatigue from decision overload or multitasking
  • Perfectionism and fear of making mistakes
  • Procrastination followed by bursts of last-minute stress
  • Emotional dysregulation or big reactions to small things
  • Forgetting appointments, names, or what you just walked into the room to do
  • Trouble organising ideas, tasks, or physical spaces
  • Inconsistent motivation and energy
  • Working long hours but struggling to finish tasks
  •  Burnout from trying to keep up with expectations

I offer personalised 1:1 coaching and small group sessions, designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're navigating work stress, burnout, ADHD-related overwhelm, feeling out of control, or just feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. My coaching style is:

               Drawing on:


  • ADHD and behaviour change science
  • Visual tools and hands-on strategies
  • Humour and curiosity (because coaching doesn’t have to be heavy)
  • Simple frameworks that reduce chaos and mental load


Together, we’ll explore what works for your brain, your lifestyle, and your goals.


I meet with clients via Zoom, which offers flexibility and helps reduce the energy drain of travel. Many clients find online sessions easier to focus in and more sustainable within their full, busy lives.


Please note: I cannot diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication, but I can guide you toward trusted professionals if this is something you’d like to explore for yourself or a family member.
