Maybe you’ve always felt a bit different — scattered, driven, overwhelmed, always overthinking

You’ve developed clever workarounds, but they come with stress, burnout, or self-doubt.

You don’t need a formal diagnosis to notice your brain works differently — or to start getting support. Maybe you’ve always felt “too much” or “not enough.” You work hard but feel scattered. You forget appointments, get stuck in overthinking, or run on adrenaline to get things done. You’ve probably developed clever "masking" behaviours — but they come with a cost, exhaustion, stress, or burnout. You might be wondering:
