Supporting children with ADHD, managing stress and potentially your ADHD, can feel overwhelming

Whether you're parenting a child with ADHD or navigating your own diagnosis, coaching helps reduce chaos, strengthen connection, and create calmer, more confident routines at home.

Parenting is challenging enough — parenting with ADHD, or parenting a child with ADHD, adds a whole new layer.

You might be:

  • Wanting more understanding of your child
  • Constantly putting out fires and feeling behind
  • Struggling to create calm, predictable routines
  • Unsure how to support your child
  • Feeling guilty, reactive, or like you’re failing — even when you’re doing your best
  • Frustrated that your child doesn't listen, do their chores, homework, clean their room and so on
  • Unsure why your child has such extreme emotions or reactions
  • Emotionally drained from juggling everyone’s needs

Coaching gives you space to pause, reflect, and recharge. It’s about learning to support yourself and your child — with compassion and understanding.

Popular topics to explore are:

  • Understanding more about how ADHD impacts your family
  • How to reduce daily chaos and build simple structures that work
  • Strategies for emotional regulation (for you and your child)
  • Tools to manage overwhelm, transitions, and meltdowns
  • Scripts, systems, and supports that make family life easier

You don’t need to be a “perfect” parent — just a supported one.
